Usually the design and cut is associated with the Finnish Police Force, however as it isn't in the standard blue shade it can only be attributed to the army proper. Dated well before the M65 uniform, it's an unusual and certainly scarce piece of militaria. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe fabric is much lighter than the M65 wool, although is still made of a pure wool material.
