Among the seas of khakis, olives and greys that often encompass military surplus, seeing the overdyed green blue of Austrian training gear is quite a nice change of pace! Usually worn by soldiers in their early days of training, the coat has all the same features as the renowned M65 jacket, just without the goretex waterproofing.
The coat has 4 external pockets, which offer plenty of space on a combat jacket. You'll also find a secreted hood for wet and windy weather. With the addition of internal drawstrings and adjustable button cuffs, you can find yourself wonderfully insulated in the harshest conditions, all while having a wonderfully cheery colour rarely seen these days!
