Trust it to the alpine country of Austria to have some of the best winter surplus on the market. Issued throughout the army, these quilted thermal trousers make a wonderful bit of difference in harsh winter conditions. Made of a synthetic polyester material, the trousers trap in heat and thanks to the elasticated hem and cuffs, really insulate anybody who wears them. Each leg can be adjusted via a zipper, meaning if you wear especially thick boots, you have nothing to fret about.
