• Grade 1 - Excellent condition for its age, no holes or tears. Kept in lovely condition. A little wear on the buttons but all nice signs of age. Up for much more wear.

The 1951 Pattern dismounted greatcoat is a fine piece of military surplus indeed, being made from a heavyweight all wool material it offers durability, style, warmth and resistance to the elements. The coat is double breasted offering extra warmth and includes 2 slanted pockets as well as a turnover storm collar. 

This greatcoat reflects both the era’s military needs and British tailoring traditions making for a phenomenal coat for a collector or indeed for a winter wardrobe.
