Vintage retro stock coming from the British army. NBC gear like this was used throughout the cold war, mostly for training purposes. This surplus smock is designed to pair with matching trousers to provide a full protective suit.
Designed to protect against nuclear fallout and various chemical attacks, being carefully tweaked over the years to provide the most effective and practical suit. They're made from reinforced nylon, with an impregnated charcoal felt. It's not the most pleasing thing to look at, but it certainly does a decent job. It comes in a dark olive drab colour. All aspects of the suit can be accessed while wearing NBC protective gloves, which while a bit clunky, provide excellent safety.
