A classic piece of world renowned surplus. This combat smock was issued during several UN missions which involved British peacekeeping forces during the fragmentation of Yugoslavia and was made just prior to the even more renowned S95 series of uniform. The 84 Pattern saw limited use before more modern materials became available, but the thick all cotton material still holds up today.
The smock offers ample storage, boasting 5 pockets as well as an internal "fishtail" pouch for storing softer items, a great feature when camping. In harsh conditions the coat can be drawn in at both the hem and waist, in addition to tightening the cuffs and zipping the collar right up.
Of course the camouflage is the iconic woodland DPM pattern, a world renowned camo which still sees active use in 40+ countries, with many more using it prior. It's fantastic in temperate environments if you're looking for concealment, or stylish when worn casually.
