These are often worn by Physical Training Instructors who are often out in all sorts of weather. They're a common sight for new recruits going through their training regiments.

The jackets offer a fair bit of utility with 3 pockets in total, all of which can be zipped if desired. The front is closed by a zipper that carries on right up to the neck for a bit more insulation on windy days. They're a solid dark navy blue and are made of a very comfortable polyester & cotton blend. Great for running or just nipping to the shops.
