Grades - 

• Grade 1 - In good condition, some general signs of prior use but over all in decent shape. A little marking around the collar and wear on the hem, but still a great piece. The snippet on the hem is due to MoD surplusing protocols and doesn't notice when buttoned up.

A wonderful piece of vintage surplus. Issued to British soldiers who have served a great many years and have been assigned to be a guard at Buckingham Palace. It is made from an all wool material, offering great water resistance and warmth in harsh weather.

The design is quite minimal, taking a traditional approach in design, having just a hook & eye closure collar and 3 buttons to fasten the piece shut. A wonderful piece of militaria for a collector or for those wanting a classic vintage wardrobe.
