Grades - 

• Grade 1.5 - In pretty decent shape for its age. General signs of wear, mostly around the epaulettes. Some repairs made by the shoulder as shown. Some wear to the lining too but nothing major. Some tarnish to the rank pips, with most of the enamel removed. Collar badges and the crown epaulette pips have been removed by the previous owner. All in all quite good shape with nice wear from the age

A wonderful piece of militaria from both the World Wars. Previously belonging to a colonel within the RASC, this gentleman saw service in most regions of the world by the time he retired, where he helped with the newly established cadet forces. The jacket is of great quality although doesn't include the original tailoring tag. Buttons are made by Gaunt using the London engraving, putting the date at 1945 - 1950 when they started using this on large buttons.
