Grades - 

• Grade 2 / Marked - In good shape having no holes or tears but has some marks from prior use. The main one to note is where the previous owner's medal ribbon bar was held and the clasp rusted. Wouldn't notice if covered again. Up for much more use as a costume or prop piece. Flaws may wash out with care
