Grades - 

• Original Condition / Grade 2 - A vintage piece that has had a fair bit of wear in its previous life. Some markings across the piece. Small hole on the bottom hem and some others that have been repaired by the previous owner. None of these would notice if worn with the intended purpose of lining a jacket. May benefit from a quick wash too with fabric softener due to long term storage. Price reflects this.

Vintage surplus from the dissolved Czechoslovak army. These parka liners were standard during the cold war and offered some comfortable and quite stylish interiors to many Czechoslovak soldiers. The M85 field jacket was one of the first surplus items we ever stocked and they were always incredibly popular, so it feels right to finally have a few of the matching liners in!

The liner is quite simple, you button it into your coat, you stay warm. You'll find some elasticated cuffs on the end of each sleeve which really helps to insulate. I have seen these worn just by themselves as a cardigan, so there are versatility options for how you wear these. A fantastic piece of vintage, cold war surplus.

Did you know that these inspired many of the modern Czech army's liners? They've rarely ever deviated from a fur lining in one form or another.
