A handy utilitarian piece from the Dutch Ministry of Defence. Issued as part of their winter uniform, this jacket liner is made of a wonderful lightweight but warming polyester material, which also allows it to easily slip under any jacket. It includes a zipper front meaning you can wear it by itself if desired and even includes a pouch!
