A great piece of modern militaria as worn by the Finnish and other NATO peace keeping forces during the troubles in Kosovo. Designed as a lightweight Tactical Recognition Flash or simply TRF patch, the patch reads "KFOR" standing for "KOSOVO FORCE" and would've been a common sight throughout the Balkans in the 1990's.
