Grades - 

• Grade 2 / Original Condition - In decent shape for its age having no holes or tears, but the metal vent holes under the armpits have rusted. Please see photos. 1 Missing button and a little wear on the collar, but all in all in fair shape.

Terrific surplus from the East of Scandinavia. The Finnish M65 Series uniform kept with traditional materials to brace the chilly climate. Utilising wool along with tried and tested designs, these jackets were intended for combat but quickly became a more ceremonial jacket as the M62 camouflage uniform was made the new standard. 

The design takes inspiration from the WW2 era British and American Ike jackets, but with streamlined features. Storage is minimal having just 2 chest pockets. Kit can be secured with the shoulder epaulettes and if desired the wrist cuffs can be unbuttoned. Being made of wool, it does offer decent weather resistance, protecting from both wind and rain. A quaint feature are the buttons, each engraved with the Finnish lion.
