Retro French surplus, mostly issued to the Foreign Legion. Made from a rubberized polyvinyl material, it provides great durability and waterproofing. Ideal for a wide range of landscapes! The cover fits onto pretty much every helmet and can easily be fastened with metal hooks to a netting of your choice and with the nylon cord to the helmet strap itself.

As for colour, there's 2 tones you can choose from! One is a muted olive green, the other a rich brown. These blend in perfectly with the French general issue camouflage, CE or "Centre Europe" colourway. To an extent you can ruffle this to mix in the brown and olive, giving a better effect overall. It's easy to see how it earned the "salad" / "salade" nickname!
