Vintage surplus from the end days of West Germany, although the design is still in use today! This particular jacket comes from 1990, the year where East and West reunified and the iron curtain fell over the heart of Europe. The jacket is of an excellent quality and is made for soldiers who have completed basic training. This particular jacket likely belonged to a gentleman who achieved the rank of "Stabsfeldwebel" given the intends on the shoulder boards, showing a long career with the German army working in the "Luftbewegliche Brigade 1 " within the "Heeresfliegertruppe" or simply Air Corps.
The jacket comes with 4 external button pockets and 2 internal slit pockets for all your smaller pieces. Each metal button is nicely stippled. The rear is single vented and the jacket is lined throughout with a sateen type material.
