Vintage, general issue Italian military surplus that offers beautiful style and comfort, all with army durability. These particular coats are apart of the "Regular Uniform" worn by Italian personnel. It's used for day to day activities that aren't too active. Things like barrack duties, some ceremonies and the like.

Being a lightweight gabardine type material, it's great for those autumnal or spring days, where you need a bit of protection, without being weighed down. The coat holds up quite well against showers and breezes, especially with the wonderfully warm body liner that can easily be taken out in just a few moments.

This particular coat was previously used by a corporal major and as such has the 2 subdued rank slides on the shoulder epaulettes, which adds a nice bit of character. Another quaint feature is the star pins on either side of the collar, a staple within the Italian forces.
