• Grade 2 - Over all in good condition for its age, but with some prior signs of use and a little bit of mothing, a bit of care is needed. Likely some dry cleaning. Please see photos for details.

A wonderfully elegant piece of Italian winter surplus, made from years of military design for a truly timeless look. The coat is made of a quality wool material and features a sateen like lining internally. You have a double breasted closure for extra warmth and in harsh weather a turnover storm collar. You also have shoulder epaulettes for securing any gear and 2 large hip pockets for storage or just for keeping your hands warm. This particular jacket belonged to the Alpine Brigade "Taurinese", a light infantry brigade of mountaineers based in the North West of Italy in the beautiful city of Turin.
