Beautiful, bright and summery surplus from the Italian Army. Great for warm weather, these trousers were apart of the first wave of the Italian's vegetated camouflage series, which saw use in arid and hot climates like Afghanistan, Iraq, Somali and other UN Peacekeeping missions. This design is still in use today, just with a slightly adjusted camouflage pattern which is slightly darker, issued around 2013.

The trousers offer plenty of storage options with 2 slit pockets, 2 button rear pockets and 2 large cargo pockets on the thighs, meaning you'll be set for whatever you may need to carry on your adventures. There's a few tailoring options too, classic belt loops of course, but also an internal button waist adjuster which takes a few inches off each side, in addition to elasticated cuffs, which work wonders for insulating. The trousers are made of a ripstop cotton blend material which offers decent wind resistance too for those harsher days.

The camouflage as mentioned prior is designed for arid environments and is comprised of  rich sandy colours and reddish browns. With the rise of Multicam across the globe, it is refreshing to see a country with it's own distinct camouflage that offers great style as well as concealment for those who need it.
