Fantastic utilitarian surplus from the Italian army. These trousers are general issue from the early 1990's and would've been worn in especially wet environments. Considering the only real action Italian soldiers saw in the 90's were peacekeeping missions in arid countries, this particular design saw very little use.

You'll find the trousers to be quite simplistic, having an elasticated waistband to fit most waist sizes. Additionally, you have velcro closures on either hip as well as each trouser cuff, which allows access to the waist pockets if worn as over trousers and space to expand the trousers around boots at the bottom.

The camouflage is the Italian Roma 90, a pattern heavily inspired by the iconic American M81 woodland camouflage. It features bold patterns with black, olive and brown shades making it great for temperate climates as well as hiding dirt! A great addition to any outdoor wardrobe, especially for those who enjoy casting a line down by the lake.
