Vintage Italian surplus that certainly stands the test of time. These used to be standard issue for the Italian army while in Europe up until the change to mimetico vegetata camouflage in the early 2000's. Designed to be worn over your usual trousers, these are lined with a soft membrane, all while being waterproof. 

The design is very sleek, but it does offer 2 handy features. Up on either hip are velcro and button strips, which can be opened and closed to access your pockets. Down at the cuffs, there's strips of the same but designed to be loosened up over your boots very a nice flush fit.

For the camouflage, it's the lovely "mimetico Roma 90", or simply the Roma 90 camouflage. Every aspect of this camouflage took inspiration from the American M81 woodland camouflage, a very successful and effective camo from across the pond. Due to the decade or so these were issued, some trousers may vary in hue a little, but this is due to the manufacturing being tweaked a little across time, it won't be massively noticeable.
