Vintage Yugoslav kit from the cold war which saw widespread repurposing and reuse in the fracturing and later wars of Yugoslavia. Previously general issue from the late 70's onwards these coats have seen use for a good many years in a wide range of situations. Now a good 50 years onwards, these parkas are slowly becoming scarce. Being standard issue uniform, they're made for a durable waxed cotton material and include plenty of useful features.
Made to be exceptionally durable, these are a great piece of winter kit. Each coat has some great storage options, namely the "poacher's" pockets and fishtail on the back. These are big pockets, perfect for softer items, blankets, towels, clothes etc. which is great if you're looking for some help camping! Of course there's regular pockets as well, providing ample storage. These make for a great piece of winter clothing, especially in such a neutral colour, but also given the history of the piece make for a wonderful collector's item.
