• Unissued -  Sublime, excellent condition. This surplus has been in storage for several decades unissued and are brand new, ready to wear. In very rare cases there may be light markings from warehousing that only notices because of the delicate colour. This can easily be washed off and 99% of the time these jackets are ready to wear!

An absolutely fantastic, stand out piece of Cold War surplus. These beautiful chore jackets come from 1960's Sweden and are really one of a kind. Several Scandinavian countries set up Civil Defense authorities after WW2 with the looming threat of global conflict, all having rather individual and distinct uniforms, but none stand out quite like the baby blue uniforms issued to Swedish personnel. These coats were vital for keeping those tasked with civil upkeep and emergencies in comfortable, practical garments and given their incredible construct even to this day, it's safe to say they did a fantastic job.

Each jacket is made of a thick, 100% cotton material, which is durable and comfortable. The coat is easily buttoned up and if need be, done right up to the collar in harsher conditions. You can also adjust the cuff buttons for insulation and fit the internal fishtail through for a completely snug fit.

You have both internal and external storage options with 2 hip button pockets and a nice large internal button pocket for all of your knickknacks.
