Modern kit from America, known for its use during the Iraq war. This standard issue jacket was made with the intention of being one universal uniform, across all environments. It didn't quite succeed in that, but it does work as a pretty decent bit of surplus! Made from a ripstop nylon cotton blend each jacket is durable and comfortable, all while being lightweight.

For features, you'll find a decent amount of pocket space. The shirt has 2 slanted hidden chest pockets and another pocket on either sleeve, which have velcro blanking patches on top. There's also the option for extra padding on the elbows thanks to the velcro pockets, or they can be used as pockets, whatever suits you. 

The closure is a zipper and velcro fastening, which is great for wind resistance. There's also a mandarin collar which can be strapped across with velcro and also adjustable cuffs to really help insulate.

Finally for the camouflage, it's the US army's most expensive camouflage mistake, the Universal Camouflage Pattern or UCP! It's an interesting camouflage, because it started out with a lot of ambition, but unfortunately it turns out you can't really have one camouflage for every environment. UCP is made up of 2 grey colours and 1 sandy tan arranged in various squares to create a pixel like camouflage.
